Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is a common overuse injury affecting the outer part of the elbow and forearm.

Common Symptoms
• Pain or tenderness on the outer elbow
• Pain radiating down the forearm
• Weak grip strength
• Discomfort when lifting, gripping, or twisting

Common Causes
• Repetitive wrist and arm motions (tennis, racquet sports, golf, gardening, typing)
• Overuse of forearm muscles
• Poor technique or equipment in sports
