Since graduating as a Physiotherapist in 2009 from Curtin University in Western Australia, Zoe has worked in the musculoskeletal private practice. Zoe started her physio career in the Perth Hills where she grew up, prior to relocating to the Mornington Peninsula in 2015.

Dedicated to continued education and the quest to provide the best care for her patients lead Zoe to  completed her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at Latrobe University – subsequently being awarded the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist title.

Physiotherapy is more than an occupation to Zoe. She has been a committee member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Committee – Victorian Chapter for the past few years and is committed to strengthening the profession to optimise patient outcomes.

Working alongside a team of like-minded health professionals, passionate about quality and evidence-based medicine as well as preventative care to optimise patient outcomes.

Danielle completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University in 2015. Since this time, she has worked in Private Practice and community-based Physiotherapy (of which she continues to do outside of her work at Safety Beach) as a Senior Physiotherapist and Supervisor.

Danielle has also undertaken post-graduate studies in Women’s Health and Bladder continence, and has a wealth of experience in delivering prehabilitation and post-operative management of total hip and knee replacements.

Danielle is passionate about delivering exceptional care to her clients, that is evidence-informed and addresses their needs. Her goal is to take her clients beyond rehabilitation of an injury to create a robust, injury-proof life that gets them back to what they enjoy most.

Danielle has also completed continued education in:

Outside of work, Danielle is a keen surfer; enduring the icy cold waters of winter on the Mornington Peninsula for her love of the sport – but promises to always have warm hands for her appointments!

She is also an avid runner, with two marathons under her belt and an annual entrant into the Mornington Peninsula’s Two Bays Trail Run (unquestionably the best running event in the world!).

Felicity is a registered yoga instructor, with specialist qualifications in both pre and postnatal yoga. She offers classes for women to come together in a safe and intimate environment, empowering them through the pregnancy and postpartum journey. She helps women prepare mentally and physically for the stages of pregnancy, birth and motherhood, as well as restoring and nurturing body and mind.

Felicity is also a qualified Hypnobirthing Australia™ practitioner. She offers the Positive Birth Program for mums-to-be and their birth partners, to prepare for a positive and empowered birth.

With over 15 years experience, I look at the body like a map, to find the problems in the kinetic chains and biomechanics, to maximize the benefit of my massage treatments. I believe in the mind and body connection, and how the body responds to stresses. Also the link between a persons thoughts, attitude, behavior and how it affects their physical health.

I have also completed courses in sport and fitness education in Japan, specializing in aqua and hydrotherapy working in that field for over 10 years. I have an excellent understanding of sports and athletes to help with injury prevention, recovery and overall performance. Among my current clients I am looking after a lot of cyclists and triathletes.

She has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, both from Deakin University.  She has worked in clinical settings, corporate food industry settings and with the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet.  Danielle will offer you tailored dietary advice to improve your health, to reduce your risk of developing diet and lifestyle related chronic diseases, and to help you to improve your management of existing and newly diagnosed conditions.

Adriana is trained in all areas of acute and chronic mental health disorders and typically works with adolescents and adults. She has a special interest in supporting individuals and families who are struggling to cope with chronic health conditions, chronic pain and trauma. In addition, Adriana is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and works with people under an Eating Disorder Management Plan. She takes a holistic view of health, with the understanding that the mind and body work together and will sometimes incorporate gentle movement in sessions where appropriate. She also teaches an 8-week Mindfulness Meditation group program for anyone who is interested in incorporating meditation into their life.
Adriana’s approach is individualised to suit the client, and she has trained in various therapy approaches that she can draw on to suit the particular needs and preferences of each client. These include but are not limited to:
