Physiotherapist

Read Bio

Lachlan completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from James Cook University in Queensland in 2014.  Since then he has worked in private practice locally after moving back home to the Peninsula. Looking to continue building on his knowledge and skills, Lachlan has since commenced post-graduate studies through LaTrobe University, completing a Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and is due to complete a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy by the end of 2021.

Lachlan is passionate about helping people from all walks of life understand what might be contributing to their problem, and working together on the best solution. He also feels physiotherapists have a responsibility to dispel the unfortunately numerous myths and misunderstandings around pain and injury so that people can get back to doing the things they love with confidence, and without fear.

Outside of work, Lachlan is a keen traveller and likes nothing better than getting lost in a new city, rubbing shoulders with locals in a mechanically dubious bus, or the feeling you get from making it to mountain passes you can only get to by foot.

Lachlan has also completed continuing education in:
